We typically deliver within 24-48 hours of booking, depending on availability and your location. If you have an urgent request, please call us directly at (864) 531-8683. We may be able to deliver same day or next day.
Do you charge for delivery and pickup?
Delivery and pickup of your totes, within our normal service area, is included in your rental price. Deliveries that fall outside our service radius may incur an additional fee, which will be clearly communicated before paying. Contact us at (864) 531-8683 if you are unsure whether or not you may be outside our typical service area.
What if I need to extend the rental period of my totes?
We understand that moving doesn't always go as planned! That's why extending your rental is easy! Just call us before your scheduled pickup date to arrange an extension.
